Another Long Drive

Another trip to Cinci goes by without a hitch. My estrogen level was 421, which I'm told is good, considering I'm working on 9 follicles right now. I'm to continue my injections until I go back to the center on Saturday, and will probably have one more round of them on Saturday night. I was also told I'll probably have to be back in Cinci on Sunday, too, for one last check-up. Sunday night we will probably do my trigger shot, and then on Tuesday we will do the retrieval. I'm going to continue my acupuncture until the transfer, which will probably be about 5 days after the retrieval. As a matter of fact, I go on Friday. Yea!

I'm off work until at least the retrieval, too. My belly is too sore to put a gun belt on, and the nurse said if I could avoid going to work I should. Thankfully I have my FMLA paperwork on file already, so it can't count against me. If, for some reason, the soreness goes away, I'll go to work, but I can't see that happening as long as we keep jabbing needles into my belly.

Mary Ellen rode with me and on the way back we stopped in Jeffersonville for some shopping. Woo hoo! We got some Christmas presents taken care of for the kiddies, and I got a few tops for my new position at work. I also got SHOES! I love shoes! Heck, find me a woman that doesn't and I'll call her a liar. I've got to find some pants now and I'll be set. Another day, another shopping spree!
